Team event with max 2 members.

ROUND 1

pen and paper quiz of 50 questions. Questions will be based on C language. Top 40 teams will be selected and qualify for next round. Time 45 minutes.

ROUND 2

Compute the OUTPUT of C program and use it asPASSWORD for other program which will be in Another folder.20-25 levels. Time limit 2 hours.

BRAIN HACK - TECH FEST NIIT JALANDHAR 2016

Introduction
Have you missed the opportunity to showcase your talent. It's high time you've hidden from others the fact that your brain works faster than others. Its time to tune up your brain.
Rules
1. Each team can have a maximum of 2 team members.
2. Coding skills prerequisites are minimalistic :)
3. Open for all branches.
4. There will be 3 rounds in this event.
5. The participants shall not be allowed to use the Internet.
6. Replacement of any team member is not allowed after registration.
7. Judges verdict will be the final.
Rounds
R1. First round consists of 3 sections:
1. Aptitude round – To judge how fast your brain hacks.
2. Puzzles – To see how you can think out of the box.
3. Technology – To make sure you are not living in the caves.
R2. Second round consists of 2 sections:
1. Simple Maths Coding Questions – mathematical questions.
2. API Calling – all the predefined functions will be provided to the team. Only the team has to arrange the functions in a particular order so that the given input set turns into the given output set.
R3. Final round consists of:
Surprise round which would consist of mini games requiring fast and accuracte thinking.
Relative scoring would conclude the final winners.

Event Description: Game of codes will consist of two rounds. First will be a preliminary round which will be held online and second will be an onsite round.

Round 1- It will be an online round which will contain 2 coding questions and 1 Optimization/Challenge problem. 30 students will qualify to the next round.

Round 2- It will be an onsite round where they have to write a code which will act as a player against some other code in a multiplayer game. The game will be revealed on the spot only.

Rules:
1. Plagiarism will be scrutinized heavily.
2. You are not allowed to use the internet or any type of references during the event.
3. Judges verdict will be the final.

CYBERHUNT:

The game that challenges you to reach the next level of problem solving, 
one that gets the adrenaline rushing through your brain.
An event that challenges your potential of crazy thinking, rational decision
making, finding interconnections, linking and making it to the top of the leaderboard.
The game that is so flexible that it gives the comfort of your environment,
lets you think how you like to think, beat up your opponents not at the 
college level but at the international level.
Introduction :
Cyberhunt is an online treasure hunt event spread over a span of three 
days of techniti. Participants hunt online for answers to the puzzles 
and challenges to reach the next level, This game is not just a matter 
of logic or creativity but also preserverance.
Rules:
1. Any person in or out of college can take part individually.
2. Cyberhunt starts on the night before opening day and extends till closing day afternoon.
3. There are a total of 30 to 40 levels in complete event, each player
starts his/her journey at level 1 and reaches the next level as he/she
solves the puzzles or challenges.
4. Players would be ranked as follows 
: First person to reach 30th level : 1st prize 
First person to reach 25th level : 2nd prize
First person to reach 20th level : 3rd prize
5. Google will be your best buddy. 
6. TV Show / Movie references? Check.
6. In case of a single person reaching all the levels 
first, the following prizes will be given to the person
reaching next.

• Caveat: Plagiarism or miscondict will lead to immediate disqualification

• R1: Consists of 5-7 coding problems with increasing difficulty. The problem style posed will be consistent to that of the online programming websites like HackerEarth, CodeChef etc.
• R2: Consists of 5 questions based on some real life problems or mathematics. Surprises may lurk at any point.

Event Description:

1. It is a 3 hour coding contest.
2. The teams will write codes for solving some of the trickiest numerical problems which can't be solved by using a calculator.
3. Problems will be based on mathematical intricacies, statistical inferences, physics, seepage, real-life situations and other related stuff.


In a turmoil situation CASE warns Cooper that Endurance is 

slipping toward Gargantua's pull. Cooper makes a quick 

decision to use Gargantua as a gravitational slingshot to 

propel the ship toward Edmunds' planet. To shed weight, 

Cooper and TARS jettison themselves toward the black hole, 

so that Amelia and CASE can complete the journey. Slipping 

past the event horizon, Cooper and TARS find themselves 

inside a tesseract. Cooper now has all the quantum data that 

Murphy needs to solve the gravitational equation and save 

the planet. Will you be able to decode all the data that can 

save the humanity?

Participants are required to solve some of the most

 innovative problems through coding. Programming & 

Algorithmic skills of participants would be tested.




FormatIt is an online programming contest. There would be multiple problems and points would be allotted on solving the problems.
InterfaceCodechef will be the interface using which the teams will submit their codes online and their codes will be evaluated on the same interface.
