MUST ENROLL COURSE FOR ALL CSE STUDENTS





Harvard University's introduction to the intellectual enterprises of computer science and the art of programming for majors and non-majors alike, with or without prior programming experience. An entry-level course taught by David J. Malan, CS50x teaches students how to think algorithmically and solve problems efficiently. Topics include abstraction, algorithms, data structures, encapsulation, resource management, security, software engineering, and web development. Languages include C, PHP, and JavaScript plus SQL, CSS, and HTML. Problem sets inspired by real-world domains of biology, cryptography, finance, forensics, and gaming. As of Fall 2015, the on-campus version of CS50xCS50, was Harvard's largest course.
Students who earn a satisfactory score on 9 problem sets (i.e., programming assignments) and a final project will receive a certificate from HarvardX. This is a self-paced course–you may take CS50x on your own schedule.

Imagine IoT - Workshop by SAP - Last Date Registration 27th September 2016

Wednesday, September 28th, the openSAP course "Imagine IoT" starts and includes everything from a good introduction to the Internet of Things (IoT) to SAP's IoT strategy to Design Thinking & prototyping in the context of IoT. This course is applicable for IT professionals, solution consultants, application developers, UX designers, and basically anyone interested in IoT. No coding skills are required, and the course is meant to be a self-contained, end-to-end experience. It's designed to be applicable for customers, partners, and even SAP employees.
The course also includes dozens of use case examples that show you how IoT can make life better for most anyone. In fact, at the end of the course, all learners will get a chance to participate in a prototyping challenge, and the top winners will have their work showcased and will get to choose how SAP donates $50,000 to charity.
